Provided quotations and acquisition for equipment for a Niobium production plant expansion. The investment amounted to $30M with a start up in 2008 and is the only plant in Brazil utilizing technology for product recovery using waste. Developed the use of machinery vendors focused on a pre-feasibility study for a new Nickel plant. This startup began in 2011 and amounted to an investment of $1.9B. Analyzed the acquisition of Capex using advanced cost management techniques such as "Should Cost" and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
