Provided solutions that addressed the needs of patients and dental professionals using a consultative/science-based approach, to drive recommendations and/or sales. Managed patient behavioural problems and handicapped conditions via psychological techniques for managing behaviour, which led to reduce the use of sedative drugs, and therefore, reduces risks and cost of treatments. Developed patient care plans including assessments and diagnoses for over 500 patients to improve dental health. ￼￼Successfully performed minimally invasive dentistry, which shifted paradigms benefiting diagnosis and treatment over 300 patients.
