Job Description


Full time, Toronto


Maintain customer sales, assess customer needs, and promote Teva products and services. 

Analyze current inventory levels against forecasts to provide stock availability reports for customers, sales representatives and management
Provide corporate customers with weekly summary reports of outstanding orders and cancelations
Manage Key Accounts reserves and stock allocations for at risk products
Regular meetings to build rapport and establish supply plans with existing and /or potential customers gather information to understand customer’s requirements
maintain strong relationship with Account owners and Customer Care
keep Teva apprised of account challenges
Result:  Maintain market share and retention, Have solid market/industry knowledge. Examples, development of market, government policy and customer knowledge (i.e., listing, regulations, formulary management assumptions and knowledge that can be translated into proper customer plans.


Manage, respond to and act on customer’s requests and complaints

process orders in the ERP system via EDI or other methods
record credit applications
provide product, service and pricing explanation
assess and record customer complaints, problems and arrange for action
acting with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed the customers’ needs
ensure orders are received and processed on schedule
Result:  Provide prompt and accurate service to ensure the generation and protection of revenue.Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications and increase client satisfaction.


Create and maintain a customer profile record 

capture and update customer information to facilitate sales initiatives
gather competitive information
Result:  effective recording of customer information, better knowledge of competitive threat.


Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure all orders are captured, and shipped according to outlined delivery schedules with customers.  Identify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Chair and communicate in customer collaboration meetings order status’, recovery dates, back orders and product plans.
Work with supply planning in the management of ATP dates and inventory levels for all Private Label customers.  Provide supply chain feedback on product priorities.
Track customer specific KPIs and report on customer performance. Participate in business reviews and present scorecards.
Assess risks at the customer level, so as to develop and execute risk and contingency management plans with the objective of preventing stock outs for strategic accounts while minimizing and managing the back orders for all other accounts.
Working with the other Demand Planning Analysts, develop allocation plans when inventory does not cover the total demand to optimize profit and service as well as protect long term business.


Must be fluent in English and French - both written and verbal
Collage or Undergraduate Degree in Business or Science
3 years of experience in order management, pharmaceutical order to cash and business
Background in the pharmaceutical industry and/or order management is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems (i.e. SAP/APO, Oracle, i2, Manugistics, Demand Solutions, etc.).
Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
