Responsibilities Include:


Post detailed job descriptions on company and external job boards


Source Candidates: Develop recruitment strategies by taking information gathered from the business to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (cold-calling, direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, social media, not to mention mining your own extensive network talent.).


Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and presents finalists to hiring managers. In other words, deep & extensive pre-screens.


Builds and maintains a database (pipeline) of potential candidates for future openings


Manage sensitive information and exercise acute discretion at all times


Promote company benefits to prospective employees.


Makes employment offers and handles the negotiation process for potential new hires


Work with internal HR team to schedule onboarding activities including orientation for new employees to foster positive attitude toward company, goals and to achieve an understanding of Company policies
