 Demand Planning Analyst - 12 Month Contract-SAL009402In the role of Demand Planning Analyst, you will be developing, maintaining, and quantifying short and long-range volume shipment forecasts for production, distribution, and capacity planning. You will be an instrumental part in providing direction to Account Handlers and Business Management, guiding them in forecasting potential volume requirements. You will be providing accurate and complete demand forecasts to the Supply Chain team as required for assigned brands. You will be validating the promotional forecast and monthly sales volume calls with the Key Account Handlers.Planning & Providing Insights – We’re hoping you can take a new angle on what otherwise might be ordinary. You will be working closely with Supply Planners and Production teams to provide the necessary insight and strategies to meet forecasted sales volume. You will also be participating and facilitating meetings within the S&OP process. Expect to troubleshoot any demand and planning/capacity constraints with appropriate business partners.Success through Collaboration – We believe in working with great people, just like you. You will work closely with the Business Management team by providing feedback on CRM baseline forecast and listing base. You will also work alongside the Sales Strategy team on innovation forecast and corporate promotional volumes. Plan on partnering with key stakeholders on specific company objectives related to product conversions, reducing dated stock write-offs and clear-out of excess inventories.Simplifying & Supporting Processes – At Kellogg, we have a firm focus on continuously improving the way we do business. You will be simplifying our Demand Planning process by leveraging our existing technology to generate reports, using Business Warehouse, and reducing Demand Planning software system maintenance. You will be supporting internal processes related to the execution of Business Expansions, Corporate Promotions, and Product Work Requests as required.
