JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary
The training adviser will oversee employee training projects and ensure the implementation of needs assessments and the development and delivery of training activities. The incumbent will also see to the ongoing improvement of the existing programs and supervise knowledge sharing and dissemination activities.
 
 
What you'll do
Facilitate content like emotional intelligence, leadership, communication and feedback
Promote, supervise and host knowledge sharing activities;
Understand needs by facilitating the determination of best training strategies for each program section/activity;
Support and guide content and material design and development;
Direct the external instructors to ensure that the content of their training meets the needs of the corporation;
Coach internal instructors and ensure their development;
Implement mechanisms to measure knowledge transfer and participant satisfaction;
Oversee the processes to deliver project strategies;
Support and facilitate the training session registration;
Insure the communication of the training offer to the concerned communities
Draft budget estimates for training activities and follow up on and assign costs;
Maintain good business relations with clients and suppliers;
Carry out all other related tasks.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or education or equivalent training.
5 years’ experience in training or staff and skills development or any other relevant experience.

Bilingualism (French-English)
Mastering of Articulate suite an asset
