The Digital Adoption Manager will work closely with Base Marketing, Brand, Digital and Channel teams to develop digital adoption strategies and execute campaigns/tactics to drive customers to our digital channels and experiences, and increase the corporate Digital Adoption metric.

Job Responsibilities/Tasks


- Drive digital adoption strategy and influence/collaborate with cross functional teams including CBM, Brand, Digital, Care and Retail teams to achieve objectives
- Perform robust analysis and derive insights to identify opportunities, quantity their impact, and help prioritize tactics to achieve digital adoption objectives with experience using Adobe analytics and Domo dashboards, the Manager would be responsible for tracking and reporting on web insights, campaign objectives within digital and in partnership with marketing
- Assist in the development of long-term strategic priorities, plans and roadmaps for digital adoption
- Work with partners and senior business leaders to initiate and scope projects aimed at resolving critical digital adoption issues and driving customer engagement
- Guide and manage teams to ensure that deliverables are completed on time
- Develop recommendations to directors and senior business leads to make key business decisions
- Build strong and ongoing relationships with business leads and work collaboratively across the organization, facilitating effective communication across business units and functional lines of business
- Serve as strategic thought partner to the Consumer and Digital teams
- Develop, execute and track “always on” and quarterly campaigns while driving yearly and long term objectives
- Lead and manage concurrent projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (Initiation through Closure)
- Develop post implementation reviews (PIR) on campaigns, analyze results and develop compelling and concise stories to present to senior management

- Play an active role in shifting customer behaviour to digital channels and experiences
- Marketing lead on digital adoption strategy, planning and execution
- Bring new concepts and capabilities to life
- Advocate for and represent digital adoption and influence cross-functional teams
- Present insights and results of campaigns and plans to senior leadership

Education & Certifications


- Bachelor s degree in Business or Marketing

Required Skills & Experiences


- Strategy and business planning experience
- Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills required
- Results oriented, passionate and collaborative
- Direct marketing or campaign execution experience
- Digital (online/mobile) experience
- Proven ability to quickly assess a situation, seek relevant information and provide sounds recommendations
- Strategic and creative thinker but also an effective story teller
- Knowledge of digital adoption/self-serve trends and the ability to identify and transform concepts to tactics
- Strong analytical and business acumen to understand what levers to pull or what trade-offs are required to achieve objectives
- Self-starter with strong self-management and organizational skills necessary
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills and negotiation skills
