Who You Are…

You will be responsible for resource management and closely monitoring the levers that contribute towards Hootsuite’s Professional Services growth. You will work closely with company leaders in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Community and Finance. You will drive adoption, revenue and CSAT for customers in our North and Latin America regions as well as Asia-Pacific.

You have 10+ years technology consulting and/or technology management experience, 5+ years direct project management experience and 2+ years SaaS technology deployment experience.

Ideally, you have a B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent, along with experience with other cloud-based and enterprise technologies, to include: application platforms, integration and messaging technologies, and data and development tools.  

You have proven ability to manage long term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams and an ability to interact with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the C-Level to IT individual contributor.

Your Responsibilities Include...

Hiring, developing and managing a team of Launch Specialists, Engagement Managers and Team Leads to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with the highest consistent quality
Leading employee recruiting, training and development efforts as assigned so as to create the highest quality Professional Services organization in the industry
Serving as escalation point for your team’s clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions and client management on projects
Serving as a role model in project management to Engagement Managers, sharing best practices, implementing process and coaching on strategy, promoting proactive actions and creative problem solving activities
Maintaining and refining operations to fit the current business and plan for future growth. These programs include, but are not limited to, new hire training curriculums, new tools and template projects, internal Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) reporting metrics, launch methodology and planning, case study development, Professional Services RFP repository, recognition programs, and operational analysis.
Providing the right management system, process framework, visibility, measurement, and analysis for leadership to make informed decisions and drive successful business outcomes for Professional Services. Developing the right set of processes, management reports and metrics to create transparency, influence proactive decision making and enable financial management
