Scope of Responsibilities:

We're currently looking for forward thinking students at the Junior or Intermediate levels to join our office in Markham, Ontario.

Working closely with the Customer Account Engineer manager, you will focus on the following activities:
• Interface with customer carrier and Motorola Engineers in the analysis of mobile device issues.

• Program handsets, test customer identified issues and obtaining logs for engineering analysis.

• Perform  tests on handsets ensuring
correct functional operation and adherence to stringent quality standards.

• Manage mobile device prototypes including their distribution.

• Track Program(s) progress ensuring adherence to schedule timelines, escalating when necessary.

• Help administer and participate in internal user trials.

Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Major: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and related degrees.

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office (Excel/Word/ PowerPoint).

An understanding of the Android operating system and the Google suite of services.

Familiarity with Window and OS X script files.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong social, organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Able to work both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
