The Executive Assistant (EA), Media Sales will be required to provide advanced, highly diversified, confidential and discretionary secretarial and administrative assistance and coordination to the SVP of Media Sales. The successful candidate must have experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment where a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility are required. The individual must be a proactive performer that demonstrates excellent initiative, teamwork and judgment on a regular basis. The ability to deal with ambiguity and handle changing and competing priorities is a must.

What you'll be doing:


- Provide a wide variety of administrative support
- Prepare and compose correspondence, memos, reports and presentations as required
- Develop and manage an ever evolving calendar on an on-going basis, including travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and arranging conference calls with both internal and external parties
- Maintains departmental daily operational workflow, including coordinating responses to both internal and external inquiries/requests
- Handle highly sensitive tasks and projects with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Technologically savvy and proficient with the use of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other tools
- Coordinates and manages special projects and events as required
- Leads by example to work effectively and collaboratively with the other executive and administrative assistants in the organization
- Miscellaneous department purchases and orders including office supplies and publications
- Provide assistance on ad-hoc business requests as needed
- Responsible for the oversight, tracking and allocation for tickets
- Assist in the coordination of all hospitality and events including ticket allocation - external and internal facing

What you have:


- Seasoned professional with a minimum of 7+ years of previous experience supporting senior leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated and proven advanced technical competence in managing calendars in MS. Outlook as well as experience in office workflow and productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Oracle
- Willing to work flexible hours to meet challenging and evolving deadlines and priorities
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated business professionalism, respect for confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information

- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up is required
- Completion of post-secondary education would be an asset
