Description

We're looking for someone who excels at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues. Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Financial Services field. The ideal candidate for this Help Desk Analyst position has strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Moorpark, California area and is a short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.


What you get to do every day


- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally


- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems


- Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups


- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

Requeriments
- Adeptness in Call Center Customer Service


- Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred


- Proficiency in Active Directory


- Comprehensive knowledge of Service Desk Tickets


- Demonstrated knowledge of Resolve Customer Service


- Deskside Support experience required


- Experience with customer service


- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications


- Comprehension of basic networking concepts


- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment


- 1+ years of prior experience


- Experience with IT support ticketing systems


- Strong problem-solving skills
