Description

Duties :


Handling administration, budgeting, donor relations, grants and teaching classes, school system relations and recruitment; room and space reservations and scheduling; grant reports, etc.


Coordinating instruction and journalism, edits, and supervising all workshop employees; assisting with admissions process and interviews.


Photography instruction and editing


Managing video production and organizing the multimedia boot camp; equipment reservations, and tracking.


Living in the dorms with students and helping with monitoring students during the workshop and support during activities and sessions.


Supporting chief video coach with coordination of video logging and library, managing equipment inventory.


Responsible for the general welfare of the workshop participants during evening and assigned weekends. Responsible for aiding staff to enforce the rules and regulations in the dorms during the workshop and in the evenings.


Instructing students on best practices for utilizing and creating data projects.
