Your challenge! We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to join our team.

Reporting to the Structural Design Supervisor for the Retail and Branded Group, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that he is up-holding the R&B customer experience by providing quality designs and meeting delivery expectations and all customer and retail specifications are met.

The duties of the Structural Designer will include, but are not limited to creating samples, maintaining a clean and organized work area, helping to produce presentation samples(mock-ups) for approval using the Kongsberg sample table and Epson prints from the graphic design department. As well as creating CAD drawings for the Estimation department, providing pallet patterns using the TOPS program (palletizing software).

College diploma in Industrial Design

Desired experience

- The ideal candidate will hold a Structural and or Graphic design Diploma coupled with at least 5 years experience
- Experience designing retail packaging and POP displays
- Must be fluent with ESKO Artios
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite Series (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat)
- Knowledge of all Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential
- Strong, effective communicatio n skills, both written and oral

The successful candidate must also be autonomous and a self-motivated professional, have solid organizational and leadership skills, and be a solid team contributor
