Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Read and interpret blue prints;

- Install and repair mechanical components;

- Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems;

- Inspect and maintain mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control, etc.).

- Prepare aircraft for flight ("refueling", daily inspection);

- Participate in testing engines and APU (auxiliary power unit);

- Make changes as service bulletins while respecting the standards of the industry;

- Participate in continuous improvement program (AES);

- Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

- College diploma in aircraft maintenance OR

- M2 license + high school diploma AND

- 1 to 3 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic

- Good manual dexterity

- Fluent in English

- Knowledgeable in French - an asset
