As a Product Process Team Lead, you will strive to create an amazing customer experience by ensuring product availability is 100% accurate while maintaining world class product visual presentation. You will understand customer needs, identify solutions, and retrieve all necessary products and services for customers. To achieve these goals, you will lead your team by supporting you’re their development and growth, while continuously improving your own business acumen. You will also execute and validate both processes and behaviors.

… Ensure that you and your team is positively contributing to the stores KPI’s, including: store revenue, merchandising standards, defective inventory management, inventory processes, SOP compliance and health and safety.


• 1 to 2 years’ experience leading a retail team providing daily work direction and training to a team of 4-12 associates
• To deliver a great customer experience through consistently improving department customer index metrics
• Support and enable the store to improve their skills and grow their career
• To continuously develop your own business acumen and use this knowledge to enable your team to achieve successful outcomes
