Description

We are searching for a passionate, motivated and detail oriented Sales Analyst to join the Walmart team.  The sales analyst will be responsible for generating reports for the whole team and working in partnership with an Associate Manager, National Accounts to analyze their business and provide insights. 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Retail Link data analysis and other data analysis reporting: Pull and analyze data on a weekly basis, share analysis and recommendations to help create a story.
Provide qualitative and quantitative POS analysis - using Retail Link and Cognos 
Assist with business reviews and deep dive analysis to develop insights and recommend actions
Assist in Business Line Review and customer meetings
Communicate sales plan and allocation changes as needed
Accurate and timely completion of account spec sheets/sell sheets/ customer specific forms
Coordinate with NWS to order domestic quotes & direct import spec sheets through the direct import web site
Produce time-sensitive reports for retailers and sales team
Other duties as assigned

Preferred Education and Experience
 
Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or minimum of 2 year’s work experience in related field
Previous experience in a sales support role is an asset
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Experience with Retail Link is an asset
Computer efficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must, Cognos experience an asset
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with team-oriented approach
Business acumen, creative thinker (looks outside the box), proactive with a can-do attitude
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
