Note:
Candidate must be flexible to work in rotational
shifts - Early Morning Shift (7 AM
to 3:30 PM) or Evening Shift (3:30
PM to 12 AM) or Graveyard Shift (11 PM to 7 AM)
It’s a 24/7 rotational shift and Candidate must be flexible
to work in all the shift mentioned above.
As a member of our Social Media
client’s content review team, you will review reported accounts and content, as
well as other potentially spammy content, such as URLs and images. The ideal
candidate has a passion for social media and the desire to protect and defend
users by enforcing Spam Policies and Guidelines.
You should have the ability to generate qualitative
insights from abstract datasets; previous experience with application of
policies based on written instructions (workflows) a plus, but not required.
NOTE:
In this position, you
may be subjected to sensitive materials including photos and URLs that contain
abusive language, nudity, or graphic content.
Responsibilities Include:

Reviewing content and accounts to determine whether or not they
violate the Spam Policy and Guidelines of our social media client.
·
Identifying and communicating specific trends to proper management.
·
Meeting quantitative and qualitative goals.
Preferred qualifications:
·
Experience reviewing content and working with corporate / public
policies.
·
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) are a
must!
·
Strong attention to detail.
·
Data input experience a major plus.
·
Great collaborator and team-player.
·
Committed to upholding the Core Values of the client.
Education
:
Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science Degree IS
