• Verifies and integrates supply chain data, forecast, and transactional data
• Reviews net requirements outputs from planning system to ensure proper propagation of net requirements plans upstream in the supply chain
• Confirms net requirements, and communicates then releases net requirements
• Applies project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals
• Shares knowledge and personal experience with peers. Coaches others when appropriate
• Builds strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles
• Targets their communications as appropriate for the audience and makes presentations to a small to medium-sized audience
• Influences others in a matrix environment
• Challenges the status quo and evaluates processes to resolve if refinements would improve speed of results and productivity or quality &/or Continuous Improvement tools.
• Analyzes data to identify and resolve exceptions aiming to minimize supply disruptions
• Works with multiple scenarios, identifies costs/benefit trade-offs and provides recommendations supported on data and insights
• Distribution Planning
• Manages deployment orders exceptions (reviews, approves, changes, rejects)
• Leads inventory transfers & monitors STO, PO/SO life cycle
• Communicates/hands over distribution plans to CLS
• Builds and maintains strong working relationship with upstream and downstream supply chain partners
• Works with affiliate supply chain teams using regional and / or local systems to most effectively execute the supply plans based on the parameters and guidelines established
• Proposes changes to Supply Chain Optimization elements (business rules, planning parameters) as necessary to E2E and Site-level planners

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required
• Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) is preferred
• A minimum of 2 Years related work experience is required
• Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) is preferred
• Inventory management experience is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required, advanced ability (i.e. creating Pivot Tables and V-lookups) is preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills 
• Experience with Six Sigma / LEAN / Process Excellence tools and/or certifications is preferred
• Project management experience and/or certification is preferred
