The talent acquisition team lead will develop and execute strategies related to attracting, sourcing and selecting the top talents in IT for Ubisoft Montreal teams. The incumbent must develop and maintain the network, ensure information sharing and collaboration between stakeholders and play an active role in the recruitment process. They will lead Talent Acquisition Specialists.
 
Mission
 
The main tasks of the Talent Acquisition Team Lead are to:
Determine the positions to be filled with internal clients
Develop and maintain good relationships with external and internal clients through integrity and professionalism and follow up on current joint
Coordinate work team activities and follow up on team objectives;
Develop the network and create interest through daily social network updates;
Implement new recruitment processes and methods;
Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top student talents
Create a worldwide talent pipeline;
Take part in major industry events;
Responsible for the full cycle hiring process ; from the search to the signing of the candidate
Carry-out negotiations with applicants in compliance with internal compensation guidelines, immigration law and internal equity
Lead, assess and motivate the recruitment team
Determine, measure and report key metrics for the recruitment team;
Carry out all other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
University or college diploma;
Team management training an asset;
Relevant experience
4-5 years’ experience in recruitment in a fast paced, high-growth organization;
Experience in both corporate and recruitment agency is preferred;
Networking experience.
