The IT Department of UBISOFT is looking for a .Net Development Team Lead to manage a team which develops and maintains a Digital Asset Management solutions used for marketing activities by all Ubisoft subsidiaries. You will be part of a multinational team which develops and implements innovative global solutions, best suited to UBISOFT business needs.

Responsibilities:
Identify evolutions, development and career path opportunities for each team member, participate in recruitment process
Involved in defining the system architecture, system integrations architecture and tools selections
Work with project managers and domain managers on planning and priorities
Drive the team to adopt best practices, implement internal guidelines and have a quality driven approach
Create an environment oriented to trust, knowledge sharing, creative thinking and cohesive team effort
Maintain an excellent knowledge on internal processes, propose improvements
Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
QUALIFICATIONS

Training:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering (or equivalent)

Relevant Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as a .NET developer (including web application development)
At least 3 years of team management experience
Strong experience with applications design and development practices
Strong experience with technologies used within his team/area of expertise

Knowledge:
Good knowledge of C#, REST APIs, ASP.NET, Entity Framework
Good knowledge on client side technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript
Good knowledge of OOP and OOD, distributed applications
Understand the benefits of the various programming languages and accurately suggest the use of the appropriate technology
Strong knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology for the application
Knowledge of PMI/Scrum methodologies
Up-to-date with business and web technologies trends
Nice to have experience:
Knowledge in Digital Asset Management field is a big plus (preferably ADAM Software technology)
Agile Development
SPA JavaScript Framework (Angular, React …)
