Provide support to Hyatt Hotels’ Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) Feasibility & Development Finance team, Executive Leadership and other key departments by undertaking market research & competitive environment analysis, financial analysis and other research & due diligence support.Responsibilities are expected to include, but not limited to; * Financial analyses/underwriting of hotel management projects while working closely with Hyatt’s operations, revenue management, finance and design services teams and external partners and investors. * Conducting extensive market research pertinent to new development opportunities as well as assisting in asset management related tasks for existing hotel properties. * Master knowledge of Hyatt’s business intelligence software (Hyperion, Cognos, Tableau) in order to create ad hoc analytical reports. * Assist in preparation of pitch presentations. * Updating and maintaining market data on key European target cities. * After a period of learning, independently prepare market analysis and pro-formas for deals in Europe with a focus on Hyatt’s select service brands, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. The analyst will eventually take responsibility for franchised deals in Western Europe.

* Undergraduate degree in Real Estate / Hotel Management / Finance / Economics or related field. * 1 - 2 years of work experience in either revenue management, hotel consulting, feasibility, finance, strategy, asset management or similar role. * Extremely detail oriented yet ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ * Pro-active with ability to self-learn. * Fluency in spoken and written English is required including excellent written skills. * Fluency in either Spanish, French or Italian. Russian is a plus. * Ability to think strategically and ‘out of the box.’ * Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) * High cultural awareness and ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments. * Knowledge of Hyperion, Tableau and / or Cognos is advantageous
