Product & Supply Chain Management (PTS) connects the different parts of Roche to ensure reliable supply of our innovative medicines to customers and patients. We ensure worldwide reliable supply to patients connecting their needs to the Roche Pharma Global Supply Network. This network consists of Roche manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers and external suppliers. We partner across Pharma to develop and execute agile product lifecycle and network strategies. We design and optimize end-to-end Supply Chains from raw materials to final product throughout the whole product life-cycle.
Are you passionate about digital forms of packaging artwork creation, and want to contribute to improving patients lives? We are looking for an Artworks Digital Project & Manager to take ownership of evaluating, establishing and implementing Digital Solutions for Artworks based on Customer and Health Authority Requirements. In this exciting role, you will evaluate process and technology solutions to drive automation in Artworks Creation, lead dedicated artworks projects, and also represent the Artworks team in Global/Local Projects and Industry Governances.
You will report to the Head Global Artworks Management, and be a part of the Artworks Management Department within Roche Pharma Technical Operations.
Primary duties & accountabilities
In this role your primary responsibilities will include
Evaluating solutions to provide information to patients and health care professionals in a digital form with local Roche affiliates as well as Health Authorities.
Coordinating and being responsible for the design and implementation of the solution with internal and external partners.
Evaluating processes and technologies to automate Artworks Creation where possible, enabling focus and efficiency in the team.
Representing Roche expertly in various industry working groups.
We are looking for somebody with a Master's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as well as at least 5 years of relevant professional work experience, ideally gained within the pharmaceutical industry across various disciplines, such as Supply Chain Management, Regulatory, or Labelling. Ideally with previous experience in Pharma Artworks Management and/or Pharma Labelling.
Strong Project Management Skills, and an ability to structure and oversee work.
Shown skill to build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with in- and external customers and team members.
Effective written, oral and interpersonal communicator at all levels of the organisation, both in German and English.
Solid ability to work effectively in global matrix organisations; works effectively within cross-functional and multi-location teams.
High energy level & ability to manage high workload while setting priorities.
