Roche Centralised and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) provides integrated cobas© branded solutions for blood testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centers, laboratory networks and blood banks. Our products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, hematology, infectious diseases, metabolism, oncology and women’s health.
In CPS we are looking for a structured and passionate Assistant for the Lifecycle Leader Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis with the Centralised Solutions Franchise.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the agenda of the Lifecycle Leader, according to best practice time management principles, allowing for planned and unplanned work, in order to be effective in meeting targets in an efficient way
Support the Lifecylce Leader as key liaison for strategic relationship management and communications, setting up meetings, conference calls, invitations and travel planning
Create, route & process written and verbal correspondence while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Ensure urgent and priority correspondence and matters are communicated in a timely and effective manner to the Lifecycle Leader
Act as a sparring partner to the Lifecycle Leader and take on special projects
Promote the reputation by professionally representing the Lifecycle Leader and the team internally & externally
Coordinate all related meetings and other internal & external meetings where required including set up of necessary equipment, documents, materials and refreshments and to proactively handle agenda, meeting minutes and follow up on open actions
Manage Intranet and SharePoint Sites and assist with filing and organization of information
Proactively provide presentations, information or documents needed by the Lifecycle Leader (aligning on content and style)
Coordinate interviews with applicants and the respective panel including sending invite, agenda and take care of all logistical requests
Review Training Matrix and independence organization of  necessary trainings, support of all team colleagues to complete their trainings
Take on special projects
To be successful in this role, you should bring following experience / skill set:
 5+ years of administrative assistance experience
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
 Strong organization and planning skills; ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Office tools
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and be a self-starter
Proven reliability in terms of quality and timelines and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
 High level of curiosity to learn not only about the job responsibilities but overall CPS business
