In the context of our HR Transformation, we are strengthening our Total Rewards function and we are creating regional Centres of Competence (CoC) which will deliver a high quality portfolio of Total Rewards services. We are looking for a Benefits Specialist for the CoC for Middle East and Africa based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
 
Reporting to the Regional Benefits Manager, you will be providing operational support for delivery of Benefits programs and processes across multiple countries supported by a Regional Total Rewards CoC. These benefits can include retirement, health and welfare and insurance plans, as well as time off and perquisites.
 
A Day in the Life of a Benefits Specialist                                            
Support in the creation and updating of existing benefit plans, working closely with the relevant Market, the Regional Benefits Manager and Corporate Benefits, Group Pensions and Insurance or Procurement teams as appropriate.
Carry out benchmarking analysis, extracting key messages on Nestlé's competitive position, external trends and recommendations.
Support selection of external vendors in conjunction with the Market and Procurement, and manage relationships with providers subsequently to ensure reliable service delivery.
Ensure effective processes in place to enroll plan members (e.g. at hiring and/or annual enrollment) and to handle leavers (transfers and terminations) in collaboration with CoS and external vendors.
Work with Finance to monitor plan costs and financial risks and works with Benefits Manager to identify proactively potential issues and where mitigating actions needed (e.g. changes in investment strategy, plan design, etc.)
Help design and deliver communications to employees so that benefits programs are understood and valued, including preparing marketing and educational materials (web pages, videos, brochures, etc.) 
Ensure full compliance in the benefits area, including meeting internal controls as well as external tax, social security and labour laws
Support Markets on benefits aspects of Total Rewards reviews             
What will make you successful
University Degree level education or equivalent
2-3+ years’ experience in Human Resources either in a large corporation with progressive people practices and/or a consulting company
Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
Local employment law & labor regulations
Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
Financial training an advantage
