As an Event & Partnership Coordinator, you will support the implementation of the event & partnership activities that bring to life the Nespresso Brand Purpose to enhance Nespresso presence and brand image.
Define with the Brand Communication Manager the yearly Swiss partnership & events plan according to brand and quality guidelines and roll them out
Negotiate partnerships with external partners and event organizers
Leverage event platforms as a brand awareness booster for customers and as an information, training, exchange, retention and reward tool for customers, media and business partners
Implement Nespresso presence at selected events to promote the company as a premium lifestyle brand, and coordinate loan material
Manage events material stock and handle logistics with partners & suppliers
Be responsible for the management of the event hostesses, including coaching and performance evaluation
Education and experience
At least 1 year of experience in FMCG in event & sponsoring management
Excellent skills in terms of communication and organization
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Perfect fluency in French, German/Swiss German with good command of English, Italian as asset
Flexibility (time and location, open for working evenings/week-ends, regular journeys all over Switzerland)
