Cross Asset Execution is a global Execution provider to PB & WM clients, offering transaction advisory and financial market access through exchanges and broker relationships. The opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the global execution business, with particular focus on International Locations and across multiple topics and projects. These include: Business Development and Strategy: Define together with the desk heads a future business offering and ensure that the strategy is implemented; New Business offering: Work with desk heads to drive new business and product initiatives; Automation: Manage projects to increase the automation of our desks. You will have the opportunity to contribute to increasing the technology capabilities and future electronification of the Cross Asset Execution Business; Regulatory projects: Collaborate closely and coordinate your work with the central organized project teams (MIFID II, FIDLEG) to determine the impact on our business in Zürich and across international locations The chance to gain insights and develop capabilities in the area of Cross Asset Trade Execution by coordinating and regularly assessing processes in regards to achieving Best Execution (e.g. in the context of FIDLEG and MiFID II) including subsequent documentationThe exposure to work with different international locations in Europe and the Americas.
