Develops a Services Brand framework that is a Service specific extension of the overall IQOS brand framework Develops a coherent, understandable and unified, but proprietary identity of various Service programs across all touchpoints for our LAU and for LAS considering to switch to IQOS, as an integral part of the of the IQOS proposition Consumer satisfaction obsessed through deep understanding of their needs and pain points mapped across the consumer journey and ensures that they are translated into programs & communication developments by the Service marketing project leads Maps out all service project developments and subsequently 360 communication programs project timelines for deployment in a yearly calendar, defines needed resource needs, key milestones, etc. (PMO) Brings new ideas and best service industry practices to life with the ambition to unlock the true value of our Services and their evolution elevating the brand and the IQOS experience leading to further acquisition, conversion and retention.

Strong experience mapping out coherent omni-channel marketing campaigns across the consumer journey Strong track record in a customer-centric company and industry In depth experience in building, shaping and deploying activation strategies in a context of Digital transformation Expert in working with data, analytics, consumer segmentation and consumer journey Drive and is comfortable working in fast paced, challenging and ambiguous environments Experience in managing internal stakeholders Ability to work well and collaborate cross-functionally within your department and across multi-departments/markets International, multi-cultural experience Bachelor or Master degree in digital/marketing/strategy or equivalent
