- Support on site recruiting activities for key and leadership roles
- Act as a change agent to the business and support learning & development activities
- Coach and advise leaders on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, talent management and development and organizational management
- Support with compensation and benefits programs and ensure adherence to local employment law as well as to the collective bargaining agreement
- Execute annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management, merit awards for departments of responsibility
- Work with assigned area to understand resourcing demands, feed this back through to Talent Acquisition and L&D to ensure any capability gaps can be filled through learning & training
- Manage exits at all levels including exit interviews for departments of responsibility
- Utilize reporting and analytics delivered by HR Excellence to identify needs for action and appropriate measures


- Intermediate degree in Human Resources or other business related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in both talent acquisition and HR Business Partnering
- Good knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law & compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coach leaders through difficult situations
- Resilient, ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Business fluent in speaking English, German and French.
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Strong organizational skills
