In this versatile position you will be a contact person for all employees and supervisors on HR topics (e.g. labour law, working contracts, HR policies). You will be responsible for several different HR processes from onboarding to exit of an employee.
Contact person for all employees on HR topics to ensure a professional HR service
Provide advice to line managers with complex or critical HR related requests
Modification of employment contracts, reference letters and amendments
Responsible for all requests concerning labour law
Organize the on- and off-boarding process independently
Process employee data related to new hires, terminations, transfers and other changes
Close collaboration with our mobility team for incoming and outgoing transfers
Organization of HR related events (e.g. „Zukunftstag")
Supervision of one trainee in the HR administration team
Preparation of employee details for payroll in close collaboration with our payroll experts
Basic Job Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship, ideally further education in HR, e.g. “Personalfachfrau/mann”
A minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel administrations
Fluent German and English skills are absolute must-haves
Profound knowledge and practical experience with Swiss labour law
High customer service orientation and a professional demeanor
Ability to handle personnel matters with poise, tact and to maintain confidentiality at all times
Organized working style with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and stakeholders at the same time
Flexible team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in digitalization projects is an advantage
