You will work from our Le Lieu offices and will join our Heinemann’s and Martek Power’s operations, worldwide leading manufacturers of circuit breakers, converters, inverters and associated power systems. Your main objectives will be to manage the EMEA rail (rolling stock) sales pipeline; and coordinate our distribution partners (in various locations: EU, US and China). We are looking for a successful technical sales professional benefiting from international distribution sales experience, and who thrives on developing relationships. You will be expected to travel about 25% of your time.
1) Define the go-to-market strategy and channel development for the rail segment locally :
- Define the appropriate channel strategy in the targeted countries with the rail segment manager, the rail sales leader and the Country Sales Organizations
- Identify relevant partners for the segment and targeted countries with the rail segment manager
- Provide technical support, tools, trainings, presentations, specifications to distributors
- Develop and implement plans and programs with specialized distributors in coordination with BU’s, segment managers and KAMs
- Define targeted sales, business development and incentives
- Lead the sales pipeline for rolling stock and coordinate regular sales review with the sales teams
- Maintain and follow achievements of plans and sales
2) Manage and coordinate Heinemann and Martek Power specialist distributors :
- Define channel strategy with segments managers, product lines manager and sales organizations
- Identify the partners for targeted countries
- Define the list of strategic customers in the targeted countries, in line with our colleagues
- Define the action plans with all distributors in the targeted countries
- Provide marketing and technical support in collaboration with Martek Power and Heinemann
- Define sales target to partners in order to meet Profit Plan
- Lead the sales pipeline for all distributors, in the targeted countries and maintain plans of sales
- Provide monthly report for all targeted countries, or any reports requested by management
- Analyse market and competition and communicate the results to the business- Support quality effort when relevant

- Formal technical education – electrical engineering preferred
- Solid channel / distribution international sales management experience
- Fluent English, French would be a plus
