IT Request Manager

Your Role

As an IT Request Manager your main responsibilities will involve:


- Overall responsibility for the IT Request Management service at Corporate Center


- Manage daily operations to facilitate standard IT equipment including network and telephony


- Act as interface between customer, IT teams and suppliers


- Monitor quality of service including the analysis of service reports and results of customer satisfaction surveys


- Identify the common causes of problems and ensure continuous service improvements


- Maintain request management tools and processes in cooperation with Global teams


- Provide order support & consultancy to different stakeholders for non-standard services


Your Skills and Experience


As an IT Request Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


- Training in business and commerce (KV)

- Further qualification in IT or Service Management preferred

- At least two years of work experience and an understanding of customer IT requirements, services and processes


- ITIL Foundation course would be beneficial

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 is required

- High level of customer and team-orientated skills

- Ability to work independently and responsibly and demonstrate a strong work ethos


- Proficiency in English and German required
