In order to complete our Technical & Production Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
 
In this position, you will establish and maintain a connection between IS/IT & business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product Group Team, you will ensure a deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing business functions and advises on the best IT solutions. Furthermore, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and will play a key role within the Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those IS/IT solutions.
 
Key responsibilities
Subject matter expert for DMO (MES) recipe management module
Writing test scripts, perform testing and validation of the application
Creating DMO (MES) Application Documentation
Creation of DMO (MES) Server build documentation
Integration to the Automation layer (OPC, XML, etc.)
Integration to ERP (SAP) via DMO (MES) Configuration
Writing of SQL scripts and queries
Troubleshooting and analysis
Review Development​  (Agile Methodology)
Provide appropriate MES training to the Regions and System Integrators
Ensures that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager are supported in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product
Secures that program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested
Ensure the training materials for the Product Group area are documented
Oversee the delivery of training to the end users, deployment and support team
Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
Consults with product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need
Coach, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy
Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements
Partner with the BRM and Product Group Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
Consult with Product Group teams and proposes alternative solutions
Required Profile
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years’ experience in implementing and integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems from key vendors (e.g. (Wonderware, Rockwell, GE, etc)
Experience in implementation of other solutions in Manufacturing processes
Experience in IT/IS project management (internal resources and vendors)
Usage of MS Project and MS Office tools
Extensive project management experience
Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial
Strong experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile,
