Are you passionate about logistics and looking for a meaningful role?
In this position, you will be a member of the Global Pharma Supply Chain organization. You will be accountable to act according the Roche corporate principles, directives and guidelines, as well as demonstrating the company's core values in your daily activities. You will actively contribute to the realization of the overall strategy and purpose of the organization.
Your job accountabilities will include:
Ensure that products are delivered in quality, on time and in a compliant way
Administer effective running of order, distribution and logistics operations
Issue and prepare timely transfer of products, documents and information
Coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient pick/pack and shipping of products
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) towards Demand Planning, Affiliate Replenishment Coordinators and/or Logistics Managers for a defined portfolio of countries.
Act as SPOC towards Master Production Schedulers, Order Fulfilment, Supply Planner, Quality for a defined portfolio of products.
Execute approved working procedures to fulfil customer and regulatory requirements
Support and contribute to realization of objectives, projects and improvement initiatives;
We are looking for the following qualifications:
University Degree, professional education or commercial apprenticeship
Practical knowledge in import/export, trading or logistics management as well as in project, process and supply chain management.
Minimum 3 years of customer focused work experience in supply chain operations in a global business environment
Experiences with sales and distribution processes and ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
You are a self-starter with a high level of energy. You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are able to build effective relationships. Your stakeholder management skills are excellent and you are customer oriented. You are able to maintain focus in a complex, ambiguous environment. Strong analytical skills are a plus. You are fluent in English and German.
