The company is in the Life Sciences sector, especially in Medical Devices/Diagnostics.
- To build up a solid portfolio of clients;
- Conduct new business development activities including active canvassing, client profiling, attending conferences and networking events;
- Developing a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment;
- Helping and supporting other consultants by providing them with market intelligence and appropriate candidates;
- Providing recruitment recommendations to our clients, negotiate agreements with them;
- Preparing activity reports and presentations;
- Ensuring all systems and administrative activities are carried out;
- Mentoring and developing a team of resourcing consultants.
- Bachelor or Master Degree/Business Degree;
- 3+ years' experience in sales/business development with the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical markets (experience in recruitment in the Life Sciences sector would be a huge asset);
- Fluent in German and English, French would be an asset.
