To reinforce the Supply Chain
Department of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA, we are currently looking
for a Team Lead for one of our
Centre of Competence. In this position, you will directly report to the Head of
Order-to-Cash NiM and will be responsible for our NiM Center of Competence and
the entire O2C process.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure
execution and continuous improvement of simplified and standardized O2C
processes in a shared and collaborative environment
- Own
and facilitate handover points with Centre of Scale (CoS), Logistic team,
Finance, Sales and NiM Businesses
- Execute
strategic directions and developments for efficient operation of Centre of
Competence, governed by Global O2C CoC strategy and market priorities
- Carry
out effectively and cleanly key priorities and initiatives developed for
the Centre of Competence for internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver
excellence in
O2C management in line with business requirements and customers’
- Drive
synergies across CoC and CoS which improved Customer satisfaction
- Create
the new CoC with strong people development competencies and a motivated
and high performing team

Required Profile

- University degree in Business Management
- At least 3 years’ experience of cross
functional exposure across the O2C E2E
- Strong leadership and change management
- Understanding of all areas of business
functions across the organization
- Fluent in written and spoken French,
German and English, any other language is an asset
