The Company is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the agency's Director of Communications & Marketing. This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively position the Company as a competitive force in the marketplace and an industry leader in price, quality, and customer service. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Director Communications & Marketing will direct, oversee, and coordinate the Customer Experience, Customer Service, Public Information, and Media and Publications offices in providing marketing leadership and implementing the strategic vision of the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Work collaboratively with business leadership to create and communicate vision, strategy, image and brand message across all levels of the organization and to external stakeholders.
? Oversee development, production, and distribution of all marketing and communications, including on-line content and materials.
? Work closely with business leadership to ensure the brand identity and positioning is consistent across organizational communications.
? Assist in the transformation and marketing of processes or programs that highlight, communicate and implement a customer-centric approach.
? Advise senior management on various marketing strategies including media and external communications content.
? Develop strategies to increase market share, create brand awareness and enhance customer relationships.
? Stay abreast of and interpret market and industry trends, competitive analysis, and marketing, communications, and business development analytics.
? Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Track results and conduct post-campaign ROI analysis and reporting.
? Serve as strategic communications consultant and proactively provide counsel and advice.
