Your tasks
You will oversee the maintenance of the European Air Transport Airbus A330 fleet, ensuring the highest standards of aircraft reliability. You will focus daily on fleet issues and detailed rectification, managing aircraft input in cooperation with Production Planning and Engineering for required maintenance, as well as major component changes. You will also identify recurring defects and, working with Engineering and Troubleshooting, determine the correct maintenance measures. Your brief will extend widely, including, for example, assessing and processing company occurrence and air safety reports and other relevant technical reports related to technical dispatch reliability.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent German degree) in aviation technology, A330 B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance License
At least five years of experience in the aviation industry, with ideally three in a large aircraft maintenance organization and three in management
Compliance management skills, including principles and practice in an aviation environment
Very good spoken and written German and English
Mastery of IT tools such as MS Office; AMOS/TRAX/Q-Pulse is desirable
Highly motivated; systematic and analytically inclined; accustomed to working smoothly under stress while remaining flexible and reliable
Able to work autonomously
