Description

You are responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment.
While coaching, mentoring and/or advising managers at all levels you help to drive growth and development.
You work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
You work closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit / division level.
Regularly you make decisions that impact the attainment of project objectives and resources of employees.
In this role you leverage foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning.
Furthermore you engage in HR program delivery to Intel's business groups and contribute actively to the culture of agility and innovation.
As part of the Business HR organization you support the transformation of Business HR into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN principles, efficiency and upskilling across Business HR.

Qualifications


You have several years of experience in the field of HR, ideally with a relevant degree in Human Resources.
Your track record showcases effective program management skills, case management & negotiation experience as well as project management capabilities including employee relations engagement.
Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, data analysis, and problem solving.
You are familiar with German labor law.
Track record in managing stakeholders and customers, like business groups, management teams and works councils.
Strong command of English and German.
Interest to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, working self-reliantly.
