You will report into the Country HR Head Germany based in Frankfurt.
 
In this role:• You will act as advisor of senior management and their teams on all HR related matters including year-end compensation process, succession planning, employment law issues, cross border transfers, international assignments• You will lead all reduction in force (RIF) activities in the country• You will need to assess and implement training activities for the local office in close collaboration with the SME• You will support the bank’s grow your own (GYO) initiatives• You will be main point of contact for all campus recruiting activities, including representing Credit Suisse on campus collaborating closely with the London recruiting Subject Matter Experts• You will actively be responsible for the Brexit program for Germany – handling the hire plan including the delivery of both internal transfers, external hires and assignments to agreed deliverables through whole recruitment lifecycle• You develop and handle the Experienced Recruitment relationship with business leaders and regional partners across the businesses and function, including Group Heads, Hiring Managers, COOs and HRBPs• You will run effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms in alignment with firm-wide vendor review and selection process for the duration of the project ensuring that they are aware of our strict deadlines and need for expediency• You will deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and client experience through teamwork and integrity in all contact with applicants, hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.You Offer This role is for you if:• You have many years of HRBP experience being a trusted partner• You possess significant hands-on in-house recruitment experience recruiting banking professionals• You understand the local market and country rules and regulations related to recruitment• You are a great teammate and able to build up relationship including influence and consultation skills and track record in closing candidates• You are experienced in utilizing candidate management / tracking systems and other on-line recruiting and sourcing tools.• You are ambitious, hands-on with can do attitude• You possess high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards – the ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively• You are fluent in German and English language • You are willing to work in an EMEA country which offers unusual HR environment
