Inside Sales Specialist – Germany

Within Cisco, Placetel is an innovative and constantly growing business unit offering Cloud PBX and Cloud UC solutions to the German SMB market. We are the specialists for digitalized online and partner sales with a disruptive approach in selling cloud communication services. Our 20.000+ Placetel customers include well-known brands and companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.
 
You will be part of a highly engaged channel sales team responsible for driving the success of our Placetel products for the SMB segment. You will build direct relationships with channel partners to improve new sales opportunities within your territory. You will lead all aspects of sales while using state of the art technologies to remotely collaborate with distributors and partners.
 
What You'll Do
 
Cisco is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist in the German Placetel Organization located in Cologne in Germany. If you love selling in a changing environment, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals though strong collaboration with partners and custoimers, we have a place for you.
 
In this job, you will,
 
Act as a trusted advisor for Placetel customers
Demonstrate the business value of Placetel PBX and Collaboration solutions
Develop and manage leads independently.
Plan and execute the channel sales strategy in order to meet the agreed milestones and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
Perform online Sales presentations and demonstrations
Assist and support channel partners with their inquires
Develop and keep up of distributor relations and take measures to activate new resellers
 
Who you are
 
You will bring
 sales/inside sales experience working with channel partners or end-customer accounts as a Sales Specialist or equivalent 
Broad expertise with Telecommunication solutions or relevant expertise in key competitor offerings
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and negotiation
Strong customer interaction skills, open-minded, open communication
Willingness to take over responsibilities and accountability
Strong team player: drive culture of collaboration for success
Fluent in German
Passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to be successful in a competitive and fast changing market
