On the cutting edge of advanced logistics thinking, the DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation unit drives innovative, industry-specific solutions. Unraveling the complex world of logistics, we provide our existing and potential strategic global customers with integrated logistics solutions on behalf of the DHL business units that simplify the customer experience. An integral link between internal business units, our Innovation Centers engage in customer workshops and business unit discussions to explore, develop and showcase logistics trends and solutions for the world of today and tomorrow and leverage the potential of our Group. Your tasks
As an intern in our Marketing and Sales Enablement department, you will have the opportunity to gain important professional experience, and be given valuable insights into the workings of a sophisticated international firm. You will support our team with customer relationship marketing (CRM) and marketing automation projects, specifically in developing and visualizing solutions. Other tasks will include assisting with setting up project meetings and documenting output, as well as developing training and communications material such as newsletters and coordinating personal and online CRM-user training. You will also work with CRM vendors and internal stakeholders to help the team ensure process are executed seamlessly.

Your profile

Experience in project management; interest in technology and curiosity about technical solutions
Experience with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) a plus; alternatively, a grasp of other CRM and marketing automation platforms
Able to perform in a fast-paced, demanding and high-energy environment
Articulate when conveying ideas both in writing and verbally
Good at explaining technical and complex terms to non-technical audiences
Analytical by nature and good at solving problems
