Your tasks
Our department “EOS & Stakeholder Management” focuses on fostering employee engagement across DPDHL Group. An important part of that is our group-wide employee opinion survey, which 450,000 employees complete each year. Every voice counts! The survey gives everyone the opportunity to participate in shaping their work environment.

We are centrally responsible for the conception, coordination and analysis of the survey for the international units of DPDHL.

In your internship, you will support us in coordinating the survey, analyze results and prepare recommendations as well as assist us in developing further feedback instruments. Other duties will involve the improvement of processes such as survey set-up and translations, communication and follow-up. Another important area will involve your participation in identifying best practices to foster engagement.

Your profile

Current student in bachelor’s or master’s program in psychology, business administration, human resource management, marketing, or economics
Excellent spoken and written German and English
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel; proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python would be ideal
Analytical and conceptual outlook; independent though flexible enough to work in a team; intercultural sensitivity
You perform your tasks accurately and are able to work independently
You are a team player and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
