YOUR TASKS
Our Compensation and Mobility team implements and runs systems and processes for our executives’ compensation programs at Deutsche Post DHL Group. We are responsible for managing the long-term incentive programs (share programs) with full exposure to the top management, and handle mobility topics for executives located in more than 220 countries. Our skill in managing this complexity is our strength. During your internship you will become part of a team which is implementing a new IT tool for compensation and benefits domain. You will help in activities ranging from making project timeline charts, assist PMO and support User Acceptance testing etc. You will prepare papers for stakeholders and management, and assist in implementing and enhancing compensation IT solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

Student in IT-related master’s program, with an excellent academic record
First-rate analytic and problem-solving skills and an affinity for numbers and processes
Fluency in English; fluency in German would be a benefit
Interest in and ideally previous experience with project management or HR IT implementation
Team player with an open mind 
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
