We seek for a IT Lead Analyst (f/m) with a technology project management background to deliver projects within for our Ethicon Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations in Norderstedt.
You lead and drive local and international IT projects within agreed objectives, time budget and quality
You build detailed project plans and lead communication with both management and partners in terms of project status, achievements, schedules and budget
You ensure that project implementation and documentation are aligned with J&J standards (e. g. SDLC methodology)
As IT Lead Analyst, you are the main contact person for various project governance and cross-departmental forums
You are responsible for the decision-making process for the Norderstedt site within our matrix organization
Partner with partners such as internal IT-Teams, Business Partners and Suppliers to identify improvement initiatives, oversee resolution of incidents as well as oversee, align and support implementation of business partner requirements in the local site
A degree is required (Bachelor, Master or equivalent) preferably in a Technology or Computer Science discipline
Experience with design, configuration, testing, and validation of Manufacturing IT system and/or process control systems in a complex business and systems environment
Project Management Expertise (e.g. Agile, Scrum, FPx, PMI and/or ITIL)
Deep understanding and expertise in the use of project management and SDLC methodologies and tools
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills to work in a reciprocal and international environment
Fluent in German and English both spoken and written
Willing to travel between-max 5-10% (domestic and international)
