What You’ll Do:
The Enterprise Operations is searching for a Junior Named Systems Engineer for one of our top customers. This role will report to the Senior SE Manager and closely collaborate with the Lead Architect. With this role, the Systems Engineer will support the account team to position Cisco Architectures. In collaboration with the Customer Solution Architect and Account Managers, he has to develop the Customers to the next level in terms of Digitalization, and all new Cisco Architectures and Strategies.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Named System Engineer will be the primary technical contact for the dedicated customers and align technology, technical specialist teams, to drive these projects with great success.
Developing architecture strategy with Key Technology Partner.
Drive and create outcome based selling motion for the field with strong cross-organization collaboration.
Collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams across the Architecture Teams, Sales, Services, and Engineering.

Who You Are:
Highly motivated to develop and position Cisco Architectures into the Enterprise Market.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Highly motivated to collaborate with cross-functional organizations such as CA/AS/TS, Sales AM/SE/RM etc.
Good background and understanding of Cisco Technologies and Service.
Experience building actionable long and short-term plans based on a deep understanding of the impacts of business and technology trends
Understanding a broad range of customer technologies required
Good communication skills and ability to persuade using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.


Technical Skills:
Able to drive technology conversation around Enterprise Network Architectures.
Strong Experience in Cisco´s DNA Architecture.
Also, a good understanding of Cisco´s DC Architectures like ACI and the overall SW Stack above from Cisco.
Experiences on network and cloud concepts and the future role of Enterprise Infrastructure, etc.

Good presentation and communication skills.
Good Commercial Focus & Negotiation Skills.
Strong Problem-Solving skills.
Team worker; share ideas and skills within the account team
Motivation for learning new skills related to energy related topics
