Who You’ll Work With:
The Enterprise Operations is searching for a Named Systems Engineer to work as technical lead for our top finance customers. This role will report to the Senior SE Manager. With this role, the Systems Engineer will drive and develop the architecture and technical strategy for the financial market. In collaboration with the Account Managers, he has to develop the Customers to the next level in terms of Digitalization, and all new Cisco Architectures and Strategies.
What You’ll Do:
The Named System Engineer is responsible for being the primary technical leader for dedicated finance customers and align technology, product management, technical specialist teams, service team etc. to drive these projects with great success.
Developing architecture strategy with Key Technology Partner.
Drive and create outcome based selling motion for the field with strong cross-organization collaboration.
Collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams across the Architecture Teams, Sales, Services, and Engineering.
Who You Are:
Advanced Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Degree required, MBA preferred.
Experience working with a Tier 1 partner/channel relationship.
Experience of developing and selling complex solutions into the Enterprise Market.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain extensive customer relationships.
Experience in working and successfully integrating into a sales organization that includes Sales (all levels) and the technical community.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional organizations such as CA/AS/TS, Sales AM/SE/RM etc.
Extensive background and understanding of Cisco Technologies and Service.
Experience building actionable long and short-term plans based on a deep understanding of the impacts of business and technology trends
Understanding a broad range of customer technologies required
Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.
Ability to network within a client organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers.
Technical Skills:
Able to drive deep technology conversation around Enterprise Network Architectures.
Strong Experience in Cisco´s DNA Architecture.
Also, a good understanding of Cisco´s DC Architectures like ACI and the overall SW Stack above from Cisco.
Experiences on network and cloud concepts and the future role of Enterprise Infrastructure, etc.
Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to technical and executive management.
