New Business Development Manager (f/m) Urban Lifestyle-183100

As New Business Development Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for prospecting and developing sales opportunities in existing, new and emerging Urban Lifestyle markets (Lifestyle/ Fashion Sneakers) for our Gore footwear business. In this challenging key role you will identify the right partners, approach them in an appropriate way, build first trustful relationships and drive the process to success by establishing Trademark Licence Partnerships.
Your responsibility includes to identify gaps in our presence along consumer journeys, understanding the potential value in filling the gap and create a content brief to fill the gap. With your excellent understanding of the urban lifestyle market you will specify influencers as well as attractive market segments and drive business development in alignment with our strategic goals In strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders you will particularly partner with our key account and sales organization the dedicated product specialist and the strategic marketing team to drive new opportunities and establish Gore as a trusted player in  the Urban Lifestyle market.

Significant experience (ideally 5+ years) in screening and engaging with potential new customers in the urban lifestyle market.
Experience in the relevant functional fashion footwear market, ideally with basic understanding of footwear products.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Good sense for market trends and understanding of the urban lifestyle industry.
Strategic thinking as well as hands-on execution.
Excellent English communication skills verbally and written.
