- You are in charge of delivering pharmacokinetic expertise in following the current strategy to support drug discovery and development projects
- You independently design, plan, execute and deliver all research project relevant pharmacokinetic data (in vitro, in vivo and in silico modeling) and interpret complex data sets to support the identification of high quality clinical candidates
- You demonstrate high proficiency across a wide range of in vitro / in vivo ADME technologies and you are capable of initiating new areas of investigation that are scientifically meaningful in supporting drug discovery and development projects
- You provide scientific expertise to develop and use appropriate bioanalytical and biomarker assays for the support of drug discovery
- You perform, manage, review and approve pharmacokinetic studies autonomously and productively in a highly virtualized environment with fully outsourced studies and strong interaction with CROs (monitor assay performance)
- You are accountable to review pharmacokinetic data and use established guidelines to determine the pharmacokinetic program for development assets
- You have a PhD in Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related discipline or related discipline with ≥5 years of experience in pharmacokinetics in a pharmaceutical company
- You have demonstrated extensive experience in conducting/managing pharmacokinetic studies (in vitro and in vivo) at CROs
- You have proven track record in bioanalytical methods and technologies for small molecules and biologics and in biomarker assays
- You have a proven track record in developing and successfully establishing novel in vivo and ex vivo animal pharmacokinetic models (PK-PD modeling)
- You are a champion in problem solving and addressing critical needs for advancing research projects
- You have a proven track record in working in teams based upon a matrix reporting
- You are fluent in business English; working knowledge of German is beneficial
- You have broad international & intercultural working experiences
