Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Facility management and service experience with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services and property management.
Experience developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification.
Experience in contract management.
Industry-related certifications (e.g. BIFM, IFMA).
Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards.
Effective people management and leadership skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent financial and purchasing skills.
Ability to travel as needed.

Provide a pivotal role in facility service operations, including new office builds and fast-paced expansions, capacity and space planning and implementation of new processes and procedures.
Implement and manage operational objectives and processes in a site-wide setting, while remaining nimble and adaptable to the constantly changing environment.
Provide an exceptional customer service experience. Be the face of workplace services to our end users, partner with Googlers to deeply understand their needs and deliver the right solutions. Influence the customer, the client and other internal organizations in reaching consensus and compromise when needed.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure an efficient, productive integration for such things as regional initiatives, fiscal responsibilities, data analysis, new program implementation and M&A activities.
Act as a trusted partner. Build relationships with business leaders to enhance the employee experience. Communicate the REWS mission and strategies to executive management through timely, relevant, thorough and tailored communication.
