As Sales Analytics Manager (f/m) you will be responsible for establishing, developing and leading a newly forming sales analytics function within the sales operations team.
You will be supporting sales team needs, with a focus on supporting best practices and developing insights to better meet the needs of the users and the organization. Additionally, you’ll troubleshoot and drive improvements to ensure high data quality and reporting integrity. This includes to analyze small and large data sets from various reporting sources and tying data together into a working model using analytic tools as well as measure and report on the effectiveness (KPI’s and metrics) of sales initiatives.
Your key stakeholders will be sales leaders, sales operations leaders and other business functions to support credible growth plan, process performance data, support territory planning and service level design.
Bachelor degree in statistics, business administration, finance or a related field.
At least 6 years in business analytics including experience in analytics, sales analytics and strategy development within a B2B environment.
Demonstrated knowledge in data management and data platforms (such as Microsoft SQL Server or Tableau), statistical modeling packages (such as SAS, R and/or Python) and general office productivity software (such as Microsoft Office) with advanced skills using Excel.
Exposure and understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into digestible storylines and meaningful recommendations.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Strong project management skills.
